Connect:
The Southern York County Business Association (SYCBA) was founded to provide a forum for networking, promotional activities and community service for local businesses. Monthly speakers share information on topics ranging from social media to health care reform. If you are interested in joining, we invite you to attend. Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month starting at 11:30 a.m. See the Events page for details.
Promote:
The SYCBA actively promotes beneficial business initiatives, encourages responsible growth and helps develop a new generation of professionals in southern York County. Along with other regional business & professional associations; the York County Economic Alliance, Southern York County School District, York County Libraries, and the YMCA, to name a few, we are making a difference for the social and economic future of our community

Structure:
SYCBA members represent large businesses and small, long-established and brand new. Diverse in industry and occupation, we are united by a common objective to contribute to our community and promote the growth of our collective businesses.
The SYCBA is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization funded entirely by member dues and sponsorships. The governing Board of Directors serve three-year terms, meeting monthly to direct the association’s various projects and areas of operation.
History:
The Southern York County Business Association is a young organization whose formative years have been dedicated to building organizational structure and identity, increasing community awareness and visibility, and laying a foundation of signature events and fundraisers – all structured around the core mission of building business, providing networking opportunities and powering community enhancement projects.
